    My oath ceremony was scheduled today! For 01/21. Interview was December 12th and no name change 😊

    I applied March 11th. I am a Dallas TX filer and from what I have researched it takes about 10-11 months to get the interview in Dallas

    Mine now says 5 months instead of 11 months. I am not sure why it changed but I hope it's accurate!

    Thank you! I had my biometrics done in April and since then it says they are reviewing it. I also have my i751 waiting to be scheduled for an interview since August 2021 😔 It has been slow but your timeline is encouraging! I hope I get approved by next January.     Congratulations! I am a March 2022 Dallas filer. How long did it take from applying to getting an interview for you guys?

    I unfortunately do not know of any others that filed FOIA after January but I do know that my field office - Dallas Tx appears to be slow moving 😔 Not sure where you are located

    Filed i751 September 2020 Filed N400 March 2022 No movement still waiting

    I filed foia just after filing my n400 in March. I submitted FOIA 3/13 and it completed 5/19. It really does take a long time. Still waiting for my i751 and N400 interview even after my FOIA has been completed. No guarantees it helps but worth every try

    No that is not correct. It is 24 months from the expiration date listed on the GC. Her extension expires 24 months from that date. You will remain a lawful resident until you have the interview and pass. I have been waiting myself for an interview since August 2021. I filed September 2020. If you need to travel out of the country you can get an i551 stamp by scheduling an InfoPass appointment at your local field office

    I did the exact same thing! Married my husband in 2017 on my 4th visit to see him in the US and then went back to Australia and he filed the i130 and i130a.

    I hope so. I filed i-751 in September 2020 still waiting for an interview and n400 March 2022 case being active reviewed. I hope to get an interview scheduled soon 😔

    Congratulations to you! Looks like your field office has an average of 11.5 month processing time so it is great you got scheduled so quick! I hope your interview goes well 😊
