hi! Parang yun na ata yung packet 3 but they usually referred it as Eligibility Letter. Natanggap ko yun 1st of October. Tuesday yun. I think that was October 02.

I received my eligibility letter last Sept. 30. I made my appointment last Sept. 19.

But they have a new rules now. That you have to wait for your eligibility letter before they will give you an interview date. Because that's what happened to my friend.

anyway, about setting for my interview date. it wasn't really hard. after we got a letter from NVC informing us that our case is it's way to USE. after 4 days, I called the embassy just to asked if our case is already at USE. But when I called they told me it was already there. they just asked me if I would like to set an interview date. so i did.
