Ah idk about the what time of shuttle to arrive at Embassy,but I believe no phones allowed inside the Embassy.I could be wrong but you can find out by going to Pakistan Embassy online,to see what is allowed inside the embassy.

I got you ! And did you upload any additional proofs like pics or screenshots on ceac before interview? Or just the civil & financial docs ?

I uploaded my 2019 taxes on ceac i believe when I uploaded other documents earlier.I did give a copy of my 2019 taxes to my spouse,just in case if they asked for it.the only thing they asked me to do is update my ds260 form before the interview.so I updated that,hopefully this helps.
