I need a help from your help. I am kind a confused. My husband is in military reserve. where should be send out N400 form (texas or nebraska) Are we exempt from the filing fee, since my husband is in military reserve.

Finally we have decided to file the citizenship. I have question, Can somebody here please post me the list of documents along with N-400 form.

Next question is, we have a plan to go out of country around Ocotber. What do you guys think, should be wait or do you all think, we should be able to have a interview by then. BTW i live in virginia, if this helps.

Next question, my husband is in reserve in military, so where should be send our form? Is it Texas or Nebraska. Shoud we be exempt from the filing fee.

I will appreciate any response on these for my guidance.

looks like its only me who got an approval letter and the card in the mail form VSC........reason behind my early approval is unknown...........i was not expecting this........... i know its pain to wait everyday.....trust me i totally understand that feeling and pain.............

i hope all of you willl get the approval letter ASAP and i will pray for you all..................best of luk for ur journey.......any question always shoot me an email and i will try my best to answer.

I stacked our documents up with the cover letter on top. I think that I paper clipped the check, regardless it was on top. I used a rubber band to hold everything together. No problems.

We were approved in under 3 months through VSC.

thats what i did.............made a hole using a two hole punch and put all together with ACCO.............and placed a picture on zip lock bag..........and check on top with TAPE on back..............so they can remove

you can always call your credit card institution and request them to add your wife name on it............it takes like a minute for them to add you wife name in your credit card...............and if you want you can remove her once the process is complete..............

I am sooooo happy for you and have no idea why on earth VSC jump all november and december applications and approve someone from January. Maybe because Nepal is a beautiful country and they wanted to keep good realationship for their upcoming vacation:)))

Was your case with military thing or something? Just to make sure...

military situation not envolved at all from my side.............may be they considered us as a military but just submiited couple of documents related to the job...........life insurance copy and regular medical insurance copy thats it........

and of course if you had some military situation to expidete...

_{VSC ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 FINALLY WE ARE DONE WITH THIS HECTIC PROCESS..............we know we know NATURALIZATION is there but..............thats our option so we are not looking forward to that process........}

we were there at 7:55, around 5 others groups were there and we went inside as soon as they open the main gate.............officer reaction!!!!!!!!!!!nothing............she (security guard) didnot even look at the biometrics appointment date and we didnt mention anything either........no body looked at the actual biometrics date.............once we were in, we filled up a piece of paper where we wrote our personal information. once we are done we submiited the paper back to the officer and she looked at my spouse hand just to make sure its good to go.........then we were told to wait on the middle of the hall. Can you elaborate a little more on what you did. So, when did you arrive? how many people were waiting? what was the officer's reaction and what documents did he/she ask for? How long it took?

we were there at 7:55, around 5 others groups were there and we went inside as soon as they open the main gate.............officer reaction!!!!!!!!!!!nothing............she (security guard) didnot even look at the biometrics appointment date and we didnt mention anything either........no body looked at the actual biometrics date.............once we were in we filled up a piece of paper where we fill up the personal information and we were told to wait on the middle of the hall. The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

was it NORFOLK OFFICE..........WHAT TIME THEY OPEN?

we will be going for early biometrics on friday for MONDAY at NORFOLK, VA office. Please advise us, what documents we have to carry beside the appointment letter. do you guys have any idea when the office will open..........we are thinking of going there early in the morning............

do they put a stamp on the passport too.

There's no yes or no answer to this question. Many people sent it notorized and many sent it without it being notorized and no one had an RFE yet or been denied because of that.

we didnot submit the affidavit and didnt get the RFE either.............biometrics notice already received........
