Thanks all...yes i did come on a k1 back on Oct1 sent out my AOS end of october, recieved one RFE recieved my AP and EAD back in January, just until recently they starting back up the AOS like a month ago..just wondering why its taking so long....I had a second RFE a couple weeks ago, sent that back and now I have two touches since they reicieved my medical rfe last wednesday

Does anyone know the steps upon them recieveing your AOS packet to the finish? I heard they will not start your papers until fbi check comes back, and now i hear people getting the interview and waiting for fbi to clear....

Hi all...AOS.....They recieved my medical on the 13th of Sept. I have had two touches since, has anyone else had this were they recieved a decision like really soon? or the touches are bogus?

Oh thanks for the replies, I sent my AOS back last October, recieved on rfe and recieved her ead and AP in January2007. my i485 was not touched until 8-13-2007 and thats when we were recieving an RFE...weird it hasnt been touched?????????anyone else had that problem?

Thanks! When i talked with a immigration officer she told me everything cleared including FBI name check...i dunno how true that is! when do you think i will hear???

Hi all I recieved this today they recieved my medical......do you think I will hear in 60days? also it talks about an interview is it true I may have to get one?

I put everything in a brown envelope, i did not put anything on the sealed envelope since i dont want them to think i tampered with it by writing on it

perfect I prefer to put it in a brown envelope instead of the the one they sent me, is that ok? of course i put her name case etc......

If its the sealed envelope from the civil surgen the that should be it. Good luck

What method did you send the information fedex? ups? also did you return the blue letter or a copy of the blue letter?

I need to mail my RFE to CSC, they gave me a po box to mail too, can i use fedex or isthere another carrier to use? is there another address i can over night it too?

Hi came in on a k129f visa and now we are waiting for our AOS and all of course they lost the medical records and we are about to get another.. ..which form do we need to bring to the Dr. Iheard there are two 693 and 693a? which do i bring or need to fill out? also when sending back this information what should i include? photo copies of our marriage lic? visa etc??

Hi all.ok to sum it up, K1 entered us oct 1 from canada, First NOA was DEC 06, 2006. AP and EAD......AP EAD approved in jan 07. AOS touched 1/20/07. On 7/22/07 AOS touched again! called the helpless line on 7/24....The woman told me they will iopen a request to see whats going on with the case, instead of me opening a infopass appoint. I recieved a letter about my phone call, fist the filing date was wrong...anyway...Under the status of this request is: Records indicate that a request for additional evidence was sent on 7/20/2007. I checked the website but there was no indication that RFE was sent. what do believe, I checked my mail today no RFE. My application is sitting in CSC....whats should I do?

For your EAD you'd use th esame form (I-765). There are checkboxes for whether it's an initial EAD or a renewal.

Not sure about AP but check form I-131.

They told me four months before the expiration of the EAD card
