  1. Just got notice yesterday that my EAD card is being produced! Fingers crossed it comes with AP as well (but half expecting it won't). Service Center: NBC; Field Office: Denver, CO My PD is 10/21/2022. Biometrics on 11/26/2022. Applied for expedite on 2/9/2022 for EAD (based on pending job offer/healthcare worker) Received notice that expedite case was being reviewed on 2/16 After that it was radio silence. No expedite request approved or denied. No request of evidence. Just on 3/11 got notification that EAD card is being produced. So I'm unsure if its because of my expedite request or not. But have hope and patience - this process is emotionally nervewracking!
  2. Oh I see. Yes I do have the 130A. I state it in my cover letter as well. I just don't know how to edit my OP. Thanks for the confirmation! I kept thinking I was reading the website wrong.
  3. What is the inconsistency? I do have an 1-130A, its listed at the bottom. I forgot to bold it.
  4. Hello - just about to concurrently file for I-130, I-485, I-864, I-131 and I-765. Please take a look and let me know if I am missing anything. I am adjusting from TN status after marrying a US citizen. Also, I am mailing this package to the USCIS Phoenix Lockbox, is that correct? I thought every AOS package went to Chicago, but when I look online at this website https://www.uscis.gov/forms/all-forms/direct-filing-addresses-for-form-i-485-application-to-register-permanent-residence-or-adjust-status it looks like people from Colorado would file in Phoenix. Or am I reading this wrong? Thanks in advance for taking the time to read through this.
  5. Hello, I am almost ready to file for my AOS. I am the beneficiary and am adjusting from TN status. My husband is the US citizen. For the 2020 tax year he made approximately 29 00 (using the adjusted gross income (line 11 of his 1040). For 2021 - halfway through the year he switched from part time to full time. I estimated his current expected annual income to be 31 500 (using his last gross income on salary, then multiplying his new hours worked per week for the remainder of the year). My question is with his employment income verification letter it state he is now working full time (40 hours) per week with his hourly pay rate. This amount equals roughly 35 000 year. Will they look at this and think there is a discrepancy from multiplying these numbers and thinking 35 000 does not match the 31 500 we had? I was thinking of putting a comment in the additional information, that the 31 500 is the expected annual income for 2021. Because he switched from part time to full time, the expected annual income is 35 000 for 2022. Or should I just put the 35 000 for expected annual income? Thanks for all of your advice, because of this forum I have felt confident to do all of this paperwork on our own!
