Thank you for your reply. Our case is at the Islamabad embassy and our interview is on June 6th. I did contact the embassy through the IV inquiry form and mentioned that I wanted to correct a mistake and update some information but I have never heard back from them. Is this normal? Does this meant they are expecting me to update the form at the interview? -

Our IR-1 spouse visa interview is on June 6th at the ISB embassy in Pakistan. In re-checking our documents, I noticed one mistake on the DS-260 (I didn't enter my maiden name) and we also need to make several updates in terms of jobs and addresses. Is it a good idea to write to the embassy in advance and ask them to reopen the DS-260 so I can make changes or should I just wait and make the changes at the interview. Just want to make sure I am doing the right thing.
