Hello,

I stayed beyond 1 yr outside the USA due to taking care of a sick family member. my green card arrived after i left USA. The green card is still not expiring till 2025, but i overstayed. I have other US documents like SSN card, DMV ID and i am on my spouse tax returns. What do i need to do if i want to return to USA? can the  local embassy help me or do i have to go through the NVC and redo the whole I-130 Form again?

The matter is not of lying to CBP or anyone, it was a curious question which i know the answer now. So what are my options if i am outside the USA with an unexpired green card but stayed there for over 4 years due to taking care of sick mother? thanks

But i have a foreign passport which is lost and i will be applying for a new passport. How would CBP know how long i stayed overseas if i did not required a green card to exit the country?

My child was born outside USA and i want to file for  Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States (CRBA). Is there a way to do that from USA due to COVID19 travel restrictions etc?
