Medical was expired 3 months ago.

Dear members, my visa interview dated 25th Jan 2022 , i was refused for AP ( IR1 ) i have been in AP since my interview. my medical was expired and now after 9 months embassy send me below email upon inquiring regarding visa. Dear applicant, We have recently reviewed your immigrant visa case. To move ahead and process this case, our office would like you to submit the following documents. Updated medical examination reports from an Embassy-approved physician (These typically expire after 6 months. For more information, see anyone experienced the same & what was the outcome ? your help will be much appreciated. Thanks

No i didnt get DS-5535 This is crazy… no dates updates or case moving to any directions.

Dear members. my iR-1 visa has been in AP since Jan 2022, medical is expired, status shows refused for Admin Processing and i get same reply from embassy as well. VO requested no further documents nor asked to do anything els , he/she only said my case needs further AP. now im wondering why the embassy never requested new medical as its valid for 6 months.
