    I am even more confused now. I know about the reduced amount for my SSA, but how do I report both USA and Canada pensions on the 1040?

    My I485 is pending........I am married to a US citizen, living in the USA so I have to report my Canada Pension and OAS. I also receive SSA. Am I considered a lawful resident in the USA? Do I just add my Canada pension $$$$ to my SSA figure? If not, how is my CPP and OAS reported? Thanks.
