If I file new I-751, how many years does it take? 2 more years + 48 months extension? Also, my new application will be some proof. That means, I will send same package that I sent for NOIT. 1. Yes there are red flags. It could be. For example, they have house check but we were not at home. They called the whole apartment owner ( 20 units) they found the phone number on lease agreement, apartment owner talked to them 15 min to explain my life with my wife. And neighbors too (during house check) this claim and another claim is in the NOIT. It seems, they would like to see RFe, but since some suspicious things, they sent NOT. I have been last interview about 2 years ago, they wanted to confirm what is going on. - signature is totally b... Why? The signatures, one of them has middle initial but another one didn’t have. There are 2 signatures. She didn’t sign a Chris Columb map. Tax also same b.. . I sent all company papers, HRblock and irs forms. - on the NOIT, they say they tried to call me. But I didn’t answer. The NOID; -my wife's signatures on the papers is fake, -our policy bills created for purpose, -2 answers out of 15 questions did not match during the interview, -they called me during their comprehensive invesrigation and I didn't answer, - 5 years, 5 times tax return statements are fake - they visited house and we were not at home (they called apartmant owner and asked about our living room wall color too) I have provided 1 million page to them for every 1$ payment to all IRS statements. I am not writing here all of them, 1 million absurt page... I can understand everyting but it must not be soo absurt to make a innocent people so sad in this world, especially in this country.

I opened a claim 25 days ago. USCIS emailed me only 3 days later "we regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time" .

I am extremely thinking about that now. As @Family said, starting new job about 3 hours to my home and I see my wife only weekends now (since its a new job, we don't know what we could do), this would be a new reason to make my case suspect. I opened up my first inquiry about a month ago and I contacted to congressman about 2 weeks ago. I also applied for FOIA last week. I would be wait about 3-4 weeks from now to see whats going on. You were like with me. Your estimated things almost correct. The lady that I got a problem is more than 25 . When I was applying for I751, yes there were question that have you ever been arrested. We said yes and mentioned details except the girls report (because all lie. By the way the only things she said, I used my body force and puss her away. There is nothing in the report as touching to her) - My wife already known her before the issue. I mentioned about her to my wife. there was a girl at the school and crazy and fall in love smthing. When I was applying for N400 (exactly 3 years after than receiving the first green card, and I751 was extended) on October 2020 and this was the first time the USCIS reported that I had a dismissed case. House check about 2 months later than that day too. During N400 interview, they asked me about this issue and I was tried to explain the story but they only asked me simple a sentence, what happened. (I went the interview with my wife but even they known that my wife was with me, they only interviewed me) About 3 months later ( July 2021) they called us for I751 interview and they asked me here too. It was 13 months ago. I don’t know if 13 months not enough for a background check. I also would like to say that , I have a paper says: detention only lack of sufficient evidence, no case filling information found.

Yes, I have been interviewed about a year later than my marriage. The officer has already known and asked me about quick relationship, who proposed something, like everything. They approved.
