If I file new I-751, how many years does it take? 2 more years + 48 months extension? Also, my new application will be some proof. That means, I will send same package that I sent for NOIT. 1. Yes there are red flags. It could be. For example, they have house check but we were not at home. They called the whole apartment owner ( 20 units) they found the phone number on lease agreement, apartment owner talked to them 15 min to explain my life with my wife. And neighbors too (during house check) this claim and another claim is in the NOIT. It seems, they would like to see RFe, but since some suspicious things, they sent NOT. I have been last interview about 2 years ago, they wanted to confirm what is going on. - signature is totally b... Why? The signatures, one of them has middle initial but another one didn’t have. The NOID; -my wife's signatures on the papers is fake, -our policy bills created for purpose, -2 answers out of 15 questions did not match during the interview, -they called me during their comprehensive invesrigation and I didn't answer, - 5 years, 5 times tax return statements are fake - they visited house and we were not at home (they called apartmant owner and asked about our living room wall color too) I have provided 1 million page to them for every 1$ payment to all IRS statements. I am not writing here all of them, 1 million absurt page... I can understand everyting but it must not be soo absurt to make a innocent people so sad in this world, especially in this country.

OFFFFFFFF Note: I applied for expired I-551 and they sent me a new one and at the same day my N400 case has been updated " We are actively reviewing your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time. " a month ago. So, today denial notice updated only my N400 case. Not i-751 case updated on online.

I opened a claim 25 days ago. USCIS emailed me only 3 days later "we regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time" .

I am extremely thinking about that now. As @Family said, starting new job about 3 hours to my home and I see my wife only weekends now (since its a new job, we don't know what we could do), this would be a new reason to make my case suspect. I opened up my first inquiry about a month ago and I contacted to congressman about 2 weeks ago. I also applied for FOIA last week. I would be wait about 3-4 weeks from now to see whats going on.
