My interview is coming up on Monday. Do I need to print out and bring a full copy of my application / evidence already provided?
-
Originally filed N-400 online for San Francisco field office on Nov 9, 2020 but recently moved to Raleigh, NC area. Filed the change of address AR-11 online on Oct 9, 2021. This morning at 4am PT received confirmation that AR-11 was processed, and a couple hours later today saw online that Raleigh office had scheduled an interview for Nov 29, 2021 in the morning (~13 months after filing). Looks like the move helped expedite interview scheduling Hoping for same-day oath and same-day passport processing!

Again, pleasantly surprised myself. I got an email from USCIS for new card production today, June 25th. I scheduled an InfoPass appointment in the beginning of June to get a stamp on my passport, and got it done yesterday, since my extension was expiring next month.
N-400 still pending.
Congrats!

Hello, I filed my I-751 in Nov 2019 (originally at WAC) and my N-400 online in Nov 2020 (San Fran). Biometrics have been re-used for both and both are now at NBC (I-751 was transferred after I filed N-400). No interviews scheduled for either.
My marriage is now rocky. We can stay legally married until the N-400 oath. I realize the N-400 marital union requirement is just until time of filing per https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/policy-manual-updates/20181012-MaritalUnion.pdf so I should be ok there and looks like separation should not be an issue as long as I am honest... but what happens with the I-751 if we separate?

Thanks for sharing! My timeline is mostly the same, except for the fact my N-400 online shows Jan 2022 from the beginning, an 11 month wait time: maybe due to paper filing. I did make an online account and added N-400 electronically so I can see all updates, but nothing as of Jan 12 at my end for I-751 & N-400. My conditional extension expires in July 2021.
Do you know which processing center timelines do we follow for I-751?
I think generally once you file a N-400 while I-751 is pending, they will be adjudicated together so the N-400 timelines become the latest timelines for both cases. I am not 100% sure though.

Hi All, not to piggyback on someone else's thread, but what if it's the same scenario but I-751 is also pending? Anyone know if that changes things in terms of the requirement for LMU being only until time of filing (but legally married until oath)?

Hi all - I'm a WAC Nov 6, 2019 filer, but I filed for N-400 in Nov 2020. My case got transferred to NBC in Jan 2021, so I guess ill have to wait. Anyone else in the same boat as me? Thank you.
I'm in the same boat. WAC filer as of Nov 9, 2019. filed for N-400 in Nov 2020 with SF as local office. I-751 Case was transferred to NBC on Dec 1, 2020. Received biometrics reuse notice for N-400 on Feb 19, 2021. N-400 case completion date online is showing as Nov 2021 (for a while it was showing Aug 2021, then the biometrics reuse notice appeared and it changed to Nov 2021).

It looks like the WAC people who didn't apply for N-400 are getting approved... it was just a matter of 3 months (Nov 2020 -> Feb 2021), so I kind of wish I'd waited to apply for N-400 now

Hi @LynetteMN
I hope you hear back from them soon and receive your card.I haven't heard from them for many months and my case was not transferred. But fortunately last week, I got an update on the case that said the card is being produced.
I think you will hear from them soon.
Great news! I'm also in the Bay Area. Did you apply for N-400 too?

Not sure which thread this question belongs. We filed i751 Nov 2019.then N400 Oct 2020.
Case never transfered but got GC today. How does it work now? Will n400 take standard processing time (18+mo) or?
Which service center did you file at? Did they interview you for ROC? Did they send you a case update that ROC was approved, or you just received GC in the mail as a surprise? Thanks!

I got an update this morning: New Card Is Being Produced!!
Nice! Congrats!
Did you have an interview? Was this after you filed N-400? Did they transfer your case from CSC to NBC and then it was approved?
-
Filed I-751 Nov 2019. Case is at WAC/CSC and still pending. Filed N-400 online under 3 year rule on 11/9/2020. Local office is San Francisco. Received notice that my I-751 was transferred to NBC but no update since then. I'm hoping for a biometrics reuse notice soon like the rest of you all.
Like the folks above, my estimated completion date for my N-400 also went from Dec 2021 to Aug 2021 -- hopefully I get lucky and that actually holds true.

WAC (CA service center) got an update on 11-18 that they're sending my case to another office. Haven't received the letter yet, so I am not sure what office they send it to. It could be local field office or just another office. We'll see. Also applied for citizenship on 11-22.
Same story here. My case is at WAC / California Service Center. On 11/30 my status updated online saying it was transferred to another jurisdiction. Haven't received any letters or further info yet. Filed N-400 11/9. Field office is San Fran.

California Service Center filer here - my case was received November 12, 2019 and as of July 11, 2020 finally my fingerprints were applied to my case. Never received a biometrics notice or appointment so I'm guessing they used my I-485 prints. What a coincidence as the Application Support Center for my area just re-opened today, but I think that's just a fluke. Status was correctly updated on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do but still only showing received on the My USCIS website. Also saw on Informed Delivery that I am receiving a USCIS letter in the mail today, probably to suggest the same. Movement is something!

Had my interview today at Raleigh and went smoothly - I arrived about 30 mins early and they saw me 25 mins ahead of my actual interview time because the office was quiet. The officer (who joined via video call on iPad) didn't ask for any documents besides my Green Card, just verified address and employment, did the civics and language tests, and reviewed my application offline. Officer was friendly. Did the oath about 15-20 minutes later and all done!
Raleigh office was not offering passport acceptance or on the spot certified copies of the naturalization certificate so I called USCIS contact center to request an infopass appointment... they said someone will call me back within 30 calendar days to schedule, so I imagine actual appointment be for a while.
Going to USPS later today to send in my passport application! Woohoo!
Good luck to everyone still going through the process - hang in there.
