Hi, I mailed my package on 9/12 and USCIS (I got the California Center) sent the letters on 9/28. I received two letters: one stating that I do not need biometrics and another one with a code to create a USCIS account information. The letter with the extension has not arrived. In my online account, I can see that all three letters were mailed the same day and a pdf file for each one. Can we print the extension letter and use this if we need to? Or should I request USCIS to send me a new one?
