    Hi everyone. I am looking for your kind suggestion regarding process of EB2 NIW. Currently I am working as Trade finance officer in banking sector from last 6 years and having MS Finance Degree. I want to apply for EB2 NIW, should I consult with lawyer or should I process the case by myself.

    Hi everyone,

     

    I am banker by profession, working in trade department as trade finance officer from last 6 years and MS finance. Currently working in UAE bank and I am from Pakistan.

    Here I need your suggestions regarding EB2 NIW. Can anyone guide me whether should I process the case by myself or should I consult with consultant?

      Not a consultant - a qualified immigration lawyer only, and one who's done many EB applications. Not sure how a banker would qualify for EB2, don't see that being in the US national interest when there are tons of bankers already in the US. But a good lawyer will tell you if you have any chance.
