    I received a Request for Initial Evidence. My question is do i submit the yellow request with the evidence they are asking? Cause they asked me to "send a copy of the letter". Do i get a copy and submit the letter or submit the yellow letter? thanks

      yes,  and copy that paper and all the documents you send for your records

      i see my lawyer put my case #,  both names and both DOB's on the upper right hand corner so things don't get lost among other cases

    I submitted my application for AOS last July 28,2020 with the I-944 with it. I'm just wondering about the "postmarked date" since they received it like August 1 or 3. Are they just gonna disregard the I-944 that I submitted? Thanks
