    Hi Bob Im now worried about our case status  our temporary GC will expire on November 27 but still we didnt receive any NOA after we refile it with correct fee however I noticed that our documents were already reviewed by USCIS i saw a signature of the person in every page of our documents

     

    Since we diidnt received anymore NOA after refiling if we cal the Customer service we can only provide the receipt number for old NOA

    Can you suggest what we should do now

      Have they cashed your check? You can also email Lockbox support,  email us at lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov, and tell them your situation. Include your full name, A-number and address when you do this. You can also try calling 1-800-375-5283.
