    A copy of all the documents we had submitted in the portal, application, photos of us - all the normal stuff. Luckily, the representative didn't ask to see anything.

    Hello, I can only speak for my wife's accounts, but egov website has been the only of the two functioning for us. Others have had great luck with the myuscis but ours hasn't moved since case was received. Good luck with your process!
