Alex Interview went well but at the end they gave me a form saying Decision cant be made . when asked the officer she said she needs to calculate all my trips. As i had around 12 international trips. So waiting to hear from them since 2 weeks, was upset but will post once i hear from them. don't know how long its going to take.
Krish, they should let you know soon. How long did your trips last? Was any of them close to 6 months?

Alex and all just finished my biometrics appointment, But they have taken only right hand index finger prints, when asked that guy he said we already have your prints from last time. My status changed to Actively reviewing your case, does anyone know what it means.
Thanks,
Awesome! active reviewing means your file is under review and ready to be scheduled for an interview whenever you have an available slot. I think it should be soon for you.

I'd say try to get a hold of Tier 2. I'm a June 30th filer and after multiple SRs I finally managed to get a tier 2 to get my biometrics schedule..
6/23/2020 - Submitted by Mail
6/30/2020 - Receipt notice
12/31/2020 - Biometrics notice scheduled after Tier 2 call for 2nd February
Field office is Baltimore MD
How long did you have to wait for the Tier 2 to call back?
-
Where is your field office?

My estimated processing time just decreased 3 months. Are you guys also seeing the same decrease?

I have a pending I-751 since September 2019 and applied for N-400 September of this year. My local office is also Oakland and other than the receipt notice there has been no movement at all. USICS processing times are listed as 8.5 - 12.5 months in Oakland, and my estimated case completion time on my.uscis.gov shows 10 months. I don't expect to hear anything for a few months
Thanks for posting elguapo88. We have one more oakland park FL member.
your estimated completion of 10 months is consistent with what i have.
their estimated processing times have improved though. It was 16 or 19 months a couple Months agp. So thats a positivep

Krish7700 and gogonetnt:
it looks like there are only 3 of us from Oakland Park office that are still waiting.
i applied in june 2020 and still havent heard anything. No biometrics. Its so random. I know there are Fort lauderdale people who applied in April and June 2020 and already got their interview.

Hi All,
My interview was this morning, super straight forward and approved at the spot. The oath ceremony was already scheduled for this upcoming Friday. Can't believe I am so close to the end of this waiting game! Good luck everyone. Seems like they are slowly getting through the case load.
Congratulations to you! Im just curious if there were many people waiting for interviews when you went into the office.

Biometrics inquiry finally assigned to an officer. Let's see how long it will take to get an appointment or if it will just be ignored.
Someone on reddit yesterday claims they called USCIS and talked to an agent about a biometrics appointment as it had been over 90 days since the ASC reopened. The user claims that the agent said that the 90 day rule is no longer in effect and that the wait is "indefinite". Take that info as you will. As for me I want more data about that subject.
I'll be sure to provide updates about biometrics.
Good luck everyone.Hopefully they will get back to you soon

If you have an account with the old website it will show you there. I do believe that a case needs to be tracked in the system before the action is listed. If you have all of these, click on the case in question and there will be two columns below the status update: Case History and Next Steps. Next Steps is where the unassigned status updates will appear and once they are assigned they'll move to the other column, Case History. Let us know if you find anything there!
Im relatively new so Im not sure of the old website you mentioned. Can you share the link to this site please?

It's been one whole week since a service request for biometrics was requested. It is still not assigned to an officer. Guess they are swamped with such service requests.
Can you let me know how we can check whether the service request has been assigned to an officer or not?

Alex mine is May15 2020.
Have you tried calling them and asking for a Service Request? The ASC has been reopened more than 90 days. The thing is it does not guarantee you will recieve an asnwer from them.

Krish, then it could be that the total days from all your trips are close to their limit of 15 months or something like that. Its under the continuous residence requirements.
