    Hello im an F2b pd 2008, my child (derivative) is turning 21 in 2023. I tried requesting for expedite but it said it was covered by CSPA and the case retained at NVC. should I request again? our DQ is in 2021 and we badly want to be with our family

    Yes our priority date is October 2008 and we have been DQ'ed since May 2021. It has been current since 2019 or 2020 I think

    Hello, I am the principal applicant and my daughter, who is my derivative, is turning 21 next year. Can I file for a expedite request for age-out? We are already documentarily qualified since May 2021 and our PD is October 2008. Can I also ask for a copy of the letter format for the expedite request?
