    Hope everyone is having a great day, I am leaving to see my finacee` tomorrow and the best gift I can give him would be to tell him we just received the email stating he was approved :dance: . I just got the email and I am :crying: , I know this is still the beginning but I am happy to be moving a little forward. Pushing for him to be here by September or at least by December :thumbs: .

    Well I noticed your timeline and it is similiar to mine also you had a touch today....maybe they are processing you as well. I checked the site at like 9 this morning and got the email 2 hours later...so I am praying for you that you get approved today as well ;-)

    Hey I have a question...when we get approve for the K-1 visa (assuming everything goes well) can we travel outside of the United States like to Europe, or he will not be allowed to come back into the country? (We were planning to go to Europe for our honeymoon)

    Oh I also made an appointment to speak with an Immigration Officer, so that will be a question I will add to my list...fingers cross.

    Me too guys.. 100 days already.. still waiting.. huhuhu... got a few touches last month but still the same status..

    WOW!!!! I thought I was the only one to get touched on the 4th of July........I wonder if this mean they looked at my file.

    Well I have don't have any good news today, and I am pulling out my hair at this point. I just can't believe how long this is taking...I thought for sure my finace` would have been here and we would have been married by now. I am just so frustrated and don't know what to do. What is this "RFE Trick" that a few of you mentioned :help: , maybe I need to try this to check to see if anyone has even picked up my file.....because I have NOT had a touch on my portfolio.... :(

    I guess I have to stay postive for me and my finace` but I know he is just over this whole process and is ready to be here so we can start our life together.

    I must say though this site does give me hope because I am not the only one, and the stories of people getting approved comforts me because I know I will be next soon. :)

    I'm trying to start a new thread and trying to see all those who have not received approval's yet and filed in March.

    Please help me by replying to this post. I am currently at 90 days waiting of my NOA2 for my I-129f. No NOA2 for my I-130 either.

    I am here with you.....so sad as well because I have not received anything but my first receipt notice, but what is this term "touched" and how do you guys track that...please help I feel like I am losing my mind. I check the uscis.gov site everyday so I am feel your pain.

    I thought I would start a fresh thread for the March filers. I'm a March 1 NOA1!!!! Good luck all!!!

    Well I sent my info in on March 27, 2007. I got my receipt notice, but how long is this going to take I hope my finace' is over her by Christmas.....and also how does the processing steps work for the I-129f....I think that has me confused the most.
