Correct. We're in a similar position. Ours runs out some time in late July and we've contacted the NVC three (?) times, that's the advice they have given every time
We are rocking thesame boat on this one. Ours expires 30th July. We are waiting.

A fiancé visa must be issued within four months from the date of approval of the fiancé petition by USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services). If your appointment is later then the validity date, bring a signed and dated letter from your U.S. fiancé(e) stating that you both remain legally free to marry and that you intend to get married within 90 days of your arrival. E-mail or copies are acceptable.
9 FAM 41.81 N6.2 Validity of a K-1 Petition
(CT:VISA-2165; 08-21-2014)
An approved K-1 visa petition is valid for a period of four months from the date of USCIS action and may be revalidated by the consular officer any number of times for additional periods of four months from the date of revalidation, provided the officer concludes that the petitioner and the beneficiary remain legally free to marry and continue to intend to marry each other within 90 days after the beneficiary's admission into the United States.Thank you very much Greenbaum.

We do share the same dates!!
I do have a case number now! I called NVC and they gave me the case number right away, you should do it too! At least you'll have something to hold on to!
I'm starting to wonder what's gonna happen with the expiration date... I mean, is it automatically gonna be renewed? Or do we have to call the Embassy? 🤷♂️
Hi,
Thank you mate!
We got our case no after all. My fiancé called NVC earlier today.
I have read sometime on this page, that it extends automatically, regardless I would love to learn more from our experienced members here.

My fiancée and I are in the same exact situation. We received our NOA2 on March 31st and haven't been assigned a case number by NVC either.
I'm from Portugal and she lives in Virginia. Haven't seen her in about 6 months as well.
I absolutely share your frustration... It's very hard to just sit down and wait for NVC to take some action
I'll try to call them and try my luck. I mean, at this point what can I lose?
Good luck with your process!
Edit:
I forgot to mention that in my NOA2 they set an expiration date for July 30th 2020... Doesn't seem like I'm going to an interview anywhere before that, but I also understand they may extend that "expiration date". What is your expiration date?
Wow. We seem to share the same dates. Our NOA2 is March 31st and expiration is July 30th.
We do not have a case no yet, how has it been holding on?
