They use Centenary Bank for visa payments, according to their website. Safe bet is to contact them and ask if they accept transfers for visa payments

My case was forwarded to the embassy mid March just when the shut down came into force. I'm hoping for the best with the interview wait times. Did they send you communication for you to initiate booking the appointment? I wanted to create an account but it requires that I have received communication to go ahead and book an appointment.
