    Happy New Year! FYI I'm from SLC and filed my AOS on July2020, still waiting for biometric. Let's keep each other posted. :)

      No update from me. My "case outside of normal processing time" request hasn't been assigned to any agent as of today, I requested it 10May2021.

       

      I don't understand what is going on with SLC ASC. The "July filer" and "August filer" that I'm following here in this website all made significant progress, way passed the stage of biometric appointment. Is there anything we can do as a group of Utah filers to draw USCIS' attention? Whoever got the EAD should go apply a job in our SLC ASC just to hurry them up. 😕

      This is so unacceptable. Talk about a flawed system. There are people who filed same time as me (Sep 2020) in other states who already have their green cards. 

       

      I'm not sure if there is anything we can do other than file requests when our cases are past normal processing :( 

       

      Adam_Sep2020 have you heard anything?
