  2. Hi all, Spouse recently got issued 2-yr conditional greencard, yay! Anyone recently had issues applying for global entry with 2-yr conditional greencard? Referenced thread from some time ago, but not sure if things have changed. Thanks!
  3. Update regarding to the RFE for completing a I-693: the RFE was cancelled a week after being issued. Then I-485 case was APPROVED one day after the cancelled RFE. We're a bit skeptical if this is true because USCIS local field office made mistake on issuing our RFE. Maybe they made another mistake by cancelling RFE?? Not 100% sure what is going on now since we're doing our best to follow what is being requested. We'll cancel our I-693 appointment with the civil surgeon and be keeping an eye on our case. Hopefully green card will will be received in the next week! See image below of case history and USCIS letter for approval.
  4. Thought I give an update: Just got RFE requiring submittal of completed form I-693 (report of medical examination and vaccination record). See below for RFE letter. We're planning on moving forward with getting remaining vaccination to meet the minimum requirements. Even if series of shots are required to complete vaccination, only need one shot of each required vaccine to complete I-693. https://www.uscis.gov/tools/designated-civil-surgeons/vaccination-requirements https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/civil-surgeons/vaccinations.html#anchor_1506438009968 also screenshot of table 1 below Then we're going to find uscis civil surgeon to do the full examination. We're not going to debate/argue with USCIS on this since we don't know what is our chances of winning the argument. Not the best situation to be in with this RFE, but quickest solution is to complete I-693. Even though our DS-3025 was complete and submitted, we still received this RFE. But, sounds like a lot of people are getting this same RFE requiring completed I-693. This is possibly due to the recently adjusted hepatitis b age requirements (which were extended to 59 years old), see forum post below.
