can that person be my wife cuz i did not put her income into my affidavit. also thought we can have two diffrent joint sponses

dear freind this is very urgent so please give me a good one, thank u . ok when i submited affidavit of support . i had two joint sponsor. with me . but at the time of interview the embassy return one of the 2nd joint sponsor orignal affidavit of support it has a stamp saying recived.they also return one copy of a same affidavit so its copy and orignal.on this joint sponsor i had 2 of the family members with her 3 dependent childrens. that makes it 6 together the poverty line for 6 ppl was $36,912. for 2010

her income is $38000. so thats above the requerment.what is coufusing they return a copy for my affidavit also but nothing for my 1st joint sponor. i dont get it why they have return 2nd joint sponsor affidavit with out saying anything. you think it maybe a mistake they made. on the worksheet which was given to my sister at the time of interview it had something else, when i emailed them yesterday they responed with asking for a joint sponsor . which they already had. what should i do, should i just send them back the same orignal affidavit which they return it has a stamp(recived). they wont tell me how many joint sponsor they have on file via email . if i call them embassy in islamabad you think they'll be able to tell me.is it the same as calling NVC guys please i need your support reply me as soon as possible thank you soo much for ur time

thank u very much for the reply i did send them new affidavit. still dont know what they are asking for now i just emailed them let see what they will respons hopfully good. but my question was is it usual that they call and ask for documenttions instead sending a REF. via mail . cuz thats what they did lasttime from NVC.

hi friends yes i am here again .my last post i mention about the interview, they requested some doucuments in two weeks which i sent. they recived them on tuseday today monday within 4 days my sister received a call from us embassy in islamabad . it was a pakistani lady asking for another affidavit of support, is it usual can they ask for documents by phone. dont they send a REF. by email or mail . cuz rite now i am kinda very lost dont know what do. i had two jointsponsor can you have more then two joint sponsors . on the worksheet which they gave her at the interview.

Joint Sponsor documentation incomplete:

your joint sponsor income is sufficient to meet the requirments of the affidiavit however the tax form included shows that the joint sponsor is married filling jointly, the sponsor spouse must sign an I864A form unless there is evidence provied to show that all of the claimed income is from the joint sponsor.

i am the only sponser who is married and filled my tax's jointly so i sent them my wifes I864A . so why they asking for another affidavit what should i do calling they dont response please help me out here has have this happed to anyone please reply sooon thank you verymuch/

thank you for reply please pray . what u guys think is it a good sign that they kept their passports and gave them pink tokens . my wife also had interview 2years from now and they gave her pink token also the visa was approved. i hope this time samething happens

my sister had her interview with her family everything went well but AP . kinda confuse as i have been reading people who are put on AP they are getting this blue form 221g saying ur case has tamporary refuse but on her case she did get this blue form 221g. it says refusal worksheet . and as follow

- on this page they asked for some documents and then at the end of the form is says your case need administrative proccessing . the CO kept their passports and gave them this pink tokens and told them to send the documenttion in two weeks which did and its been more then a week but no response yet how would know if they got the documents cuz courier services saying they have delivered them . please im asking everyone to please give me some feetback thank you very much for ur time please reply soon

hey as of my understanding u can not have medical done till ur case is complete at NVC once they complete ur case they will email u a or mail u a letter for the next step which should be the packet 4 with the medical instruction goodluck

via email it took about 3days to get to me, guys anyluck for the hotel and also what they asking i mean questions for the interview they asking for faimly base petitions

hi friends finaly interview date is posted case completed nov 20, interview jan 10th . few questions which is the nearest hotel and less expensive to the embassy in islamabad, also what are the questions they ask for F4 . plz pray for my family and reply soon thank you everyone and goodluck with ur cases

i have sent out DS230 by usps and have the conformation that it was deliverd on NOV 1. but still there is no update on the case how long more

hi friend one of my nephew was born in june,1995 is he suppose to get a police certificate for DS230 packet. he will be 16th in june 2011.

HEY BUT on NVC site under birth ceritficate it says if were born before 1970, you have to have municiple birth certificate is that true if somone have had this issue please let me know will be very helpful thank u very much pls reply

hi everyone i have 2 questions please this for my sister Ds230 i have most of the documents which she sent me here in US already questoin her husband has Nadra and municipal birth certificates but they have just sent me orignal Nadra one is it ok for DS230 ? he was born in 1965.or i have to get the municipal one for him DS230 . ok my 2nd question my marriege certificate i have a notery copy cuz my wife have sent in orignal already with her mom's ds230. what should i do kinda confuse please help thank u very much for ur time.

hi all, NVC email me to send in Ds230 . i have gather these documents for my sister .

1. her DS230 part 1 sign and dated part two unsign. /orignal

2. her birth certificate. /orignal

3. her police certificate. /orignal

4. copy of her passport

5. two photographs.

6. her marriage certificate / orignal

7. my birth certificate / orignal

8. my marriage certificate

thats all that i need to send NVC or i am missing somthing else too . also is it better to send all the orignal documents or certifide copies. plz reply as soon as possible thank u all

ya it has been diffrent answers but i am still thats why i wanted to have some more feetback

my current income $25000 and thats what i putted in my I864. my wife i and my sister who i am sponoring the poverty line for 3 people is $22,887 so i am still over rite. but problem now i also put $42000 in the assets part©i dont know what i was thinking but i putted value of my store merchandise $42000. NVC sent me this checklist asking for the proof. now i know i can get a appraisal which is gona cost me $300 or $400 dollars.i mean the assets are (optional)anyway my question is what if i dont wana use my assets anymore and send them a new I864 form without assets . can i do that? or u friends think its not a good idea. please help me out here as always what should i do plz reply me as soon as possible
