    I don't think it will take long. I had a similar case. After submitting original birth cert, wife's divorce cert and our marriage cert, visa was issued in 5 days.

    Greetings VJ Fam, I know I have asked this question before, but I want to ask again and make sure nothing has changed so far. I recently got my 10yrs GC, my wife and I will be going to Canada briefly. My question once again is, do I just fly with my GC and nothing else to be filled out online or bring along to present at POE? Thanks.

    Yes of course. When is it right for me to apply for citizenship, after two or three years?

    No. It was CR1 that turned to iR1 due to covid. I Was DQ May 2020 and Covid happend. I arrived the US June 2022

    Yeah sure, the lady at the license office confirmed it yesterday that I cannot vote until I become a citizen. So I'm good.

    Okay, the lady at the cubicle filled out everything on the PC. I didn't fill out anything myself. I only remembered she asked if I would like to be an organ donor and I said no. Incase she registered me to vote, can it be undone as I would be going back there after 7 days to take another written test. Should I ask whoever that will attend to me next if I was already registered to vote?

    Greetings VJ family, I arrived the US this month and went for my DL application and written test in North Carolina last week. I failed the test and would be going back after 7 days. My question is do they ask if one want to register to vote or is it done automatically during the DL application? I read on this forum yesterday that it is not a good idea to register to vote as a GC/I-551 holder as it will affect one when they want to become a citizen.
