Does anyone know do we have to take with us the original I-1864 Affidavit of support?
My lawyer filled it for us and sent us the form in email. I am just printing out the document from the email. Is that fine? Does that qualify as original?

Just keep praying it will happen really soon. I was in the same state a month ago. We received the letter later in the day, maybe they sent your tomorrow morning.

Can someone guide me regarding the Police Certificate Requirement for the Interview at the Islamabad Consulate?
I initially submitted one to NVC but now since its been more than 3 months I guess it is expired and I will be requiring a new one. However the US travel website says that the embassy does not require Police Certificate from Pakistan, so should I take one with me anyways to the embassy?
Also, they require Police Certificate from any other country I have been in. I was in the USA in 2017-18, so would I require a Police certificate from there too?

I think that within the time frame of 3 weeks. If they schedule the interviews for May this month, I will be the first in line and the latest they will be doing it is the 19th.

Thanks for replying. But I know the embassy schedules interview by the 19th of the month for the first week of the coming month. How does that work then?
 

Guys! How much time does it take to get the appointment for your medical and for them to send your results to the embassy?

My DQ is May 13th. I wanted to know, that do I need to update my tax documents. My husband is the only sponsor and the taxes shows enough income MA. Should we also get the taxes for 2020 done before the interview?

By when do you feel? I will get it

I'm no expert, but I know one thing that they are not doing things the usual way. There are chances they might contact you this month for the interview. But for the interview if you have an optimistic approach, then end of December or beginning of Jan. Latest might be mid Jan for you considering that things remain like this.
