      Yes we just got the email this morning and I checked the website where it says documents are ready for pickup up.

      Status changed. We got an email saying passport and docs are ready for pickup up.

      Hello. Not yet. Still says the same. At this point the embassy needs to get the packet to Cargo Express. That's it.

    Any updates on your case ? I am curious to see what happens because there is a benefit to changing to the i130 from k1.

      Get the GC without restrictions faster. Instead of going through the removal of conditions business. Your hurdle is to prove that you are actually married etc. That's what I understand anyhow

      I also checked our CEAC case status. Our status changed to "Issued" on June 4th. So that means all we are waiting for is for the embassy to get the passport and packet to Cargo Expresso for pick up.

      So our status on the ustraveldocs changed to say:

      Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery

      I also just checked the CEAC visa tracking tool.  Out status says "visa received" and dated the same date as our interview. it says nothing about AP.

      They told us to check the USTRAVELDOCS website. There we can see if the passport is ready for pickup. We are still waiting to get the passport back. We check every day.
