  1. Ok everyone here our updated timeline. 4-2-24 we sent our package via FedEx overnight. 4-3-24 received and signed by uscis. 4-15-24 got email that action was taken. Uscis website acknowledged receipt of package. Our date is April 3 for receipt. 4-18-24 got an email that action was taken again. Status changed to actively reviewed. April 19, 2024 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS As of April 19, 2024, we are actively reviewing your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number IOE0xxx. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you.... I also see in the documents section the copy of the letter. The receipt plus the 48 month extension. I can also see a separate letter for biometric reuse. Now to just wait on the hard copy mailed letters. Start to finish 16 calendar days.
  2. If we are talking I-751. It must be received by uscis prior to your green card expiring. Not postmarked is our understanding.
  3. So we have a uscis account set up from before when we filed the I-129f. Snd it still works and we can get updates there. Maybe you can use a receipt number from your last round.
  4. We have an update. Tonight I got the notice that our credit card was charged. And we also got an email from USCIS that there was action taken on our case. Went online and this is ehat we have. April 3, 2024 Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent On April 3, 2024, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number IOE0xxx, and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
  5. Hello April filers. We filed at the lockbox in Tempe AZ. Our package was received April 3rd. We used FedEx and package was signed receipt. No charges or declines on CC yet. No updates yet.
  6. our did show up online as a separate entry right after the I-485 entry. it says "Reminder Notice to Submit I-751" on January XX we sent you a notice advising you to submit form I-751...
  7. Thank you for the info. Will file for global entry then. Good until the GC expires in 2 years.
  8. A little off topic. But does anyone know if a LPR with a conditional GC can apply for Gloval Entry?
  9. We got the tracking after the portal said GC was being produced. It's USPS priority. If you have the USPS account with informed delivery it shows up as a package that's coming your way. Check the portal for tracking number. In our case I logged onto the USPS account to check the informed delivery and it was being tracked already as a priority package.
  10. We got the GC on May 20th. Our interview was on the 10th so exactly ten calendar days.
  11. Congratulations everyone. Our GC is still in USPS transit. We have the tracking number. Should arrive Saturday. To everyone else. Hang in there.
  12. I can confirm this. The letter seems to come from the local office and it is not posted to the uscis portal. Our letter took a while. About a week.
  13. Our was also an 8 AM interview. We were out by 11 am. We waited to be called for about 90 minutes.
  14. I would also be interested in knowing how long it's taking to get the actual GC in the mail. If anyone could share.
  15. I just got the notice on the myuscis portal. Case approved. We are getting the conditional green card. We have been married less than a year so we figured that is the reason for all the extra questions and the conditional. Now to wait for the card in the mail.
  16. For the medical, we had the sealed envelope which we surrendered at the POE and then they algo gave us an original copy. We had the original and copy for the interview. Officer initially asked for it but them she said it was already in the file.
  17. I received an email this morning from USCIS saying that they took action on our case and to check the myuscis website for case status. I signed on and I don't see anything. So likely they did take action but this is one case where the website is not updated. Or it will happen later.
  18. Don't sweat it. There's probably stuff you have that we don't. You go with what you have.
  19. Negative for us. I guess both having cell phones on the same bill is important.
  20. She just verified originals of marriage and birth certificates. Kept copies of the recent pics we had give. Copies of insurance screen captures that showed both our names. Dental. Vision. Health. Cell phone bill that shows both phone numbers. Copies of recent travel together since our marriage. Like copies of hotel, air, airbnb, and snowmobile rentals. Copies of our annual passes to zoo, museum, and SeaWorld. Copies of the credit cards that we share and have the beneficiary as a registered user. We had a letter from beneficiary Dr stating that beneficiary was under her medical care.
  21. We had our interview this morning. We did not have an attorney. Our interview was longer than what most reported on here. Was about one hour. Lots of questions. like a quiz about each other and such. We took a legal size box full or stuff. Albums. Had a binder of documents that we knew they were most likely to ask for. The officer thanked us for bringing so much stuff. They did not ask sponsor for any financials. We had everything ready. Mainly wanted originals of birth and marriage certificates. Cell phone bill she specifically asked for. Insurance info. Credit card info. Bills. Photo albums. Recent photos. Etc. At the end she said that given what we presented she would be recommending a conditional green card barring any other new info or additional documents she may request. That it should be 3 to 4 weeks to get the card if all goes ok. Process was smooth just stressful.
