F22 is part of family preference, second category (F2A specifically).
Yes you can visit with a valid visa. Every entry is subject to CBP inspection, as always. You cannot stay.
That said, there is a DOS worldwide level 4 advisory right now...it is advised not to travel in general due to the pandemic.
