Was she born in the US to you and US citizen spouse? The kid is probably a citizen already and doesn't need removal of conditions. But you need to list the child, in fact, all children, in part 5 of your I-751 petition.

Yes, my husband is US citizen and she is born in USA. I have her US passport. Only questionI was not able to understand was that in Part 5. Is your child applying with you?

But you made it clear that I need to provide her info but my kid is not applying with me.

    Thanks a lot

  3. Hi,

I have one more question regarding my interview for I-485 adjustment of status that is tomorrow.

We do not have any home billing with our name to show evidence of home address we living together. As my husband is living in his house for about 22 years and home is in name of his mother. (My mother-in-law )

All billing is my with my mother in law name.( though all billing payments and grocery is done by my husband).

    Are these enough proofs????

    1.We filed tax return together.

2.We all have joint debit account

    3.We have joint credit account

    4.We costco membership together.

    5. We have same health insurance plan.

I don't do job so all activities are done with his account but i m joint.

    Regards,

    Why not?  It's free.

USCIS is processing AOS applications and conducting interviews.  Processing times vary greatly depending on the field office location.  Some take a year or more for an interview to be available once it is 'ready.'

Thank you very much for your kind reply...Before applying I did not have intent to do job beacuse of family concerns.... Now time has changed and  process is also taking time...

Thinking, its better to apply for EAD..

  5. Hi,

All my processing done and I m in the last step of interview...USCIS case status online tool update is  they gonna schedule my interview  since April.

I did not apply for EAD to work.

Should I wait for interview or apply for EAD..as it seems USCIS are not processing applications and department working is on hault.

Any one has their interview done now a days or no???

Not always, Geowrian.  I have never been able to get mine online, and I am the US Citizen part of our duo.

OP, if you are getting close to the 87 days, then print out your COMPLETE 2019 tax package (including copies of your W-2s, 1099s, etc.), and add a note saying you are submitting your 2019 tax return as the response to the RFE as the IRS offices are not able to provide you with your transcripts in time due to COVID-19.  Hopefully things will ease up by then.

    Best of luck!
