Out of interest, how did you heard about the RFE? Was it via e-mail? We filed our I-130 slightly before you did and are currently waiting for it to be adjudicated.

That’s kinda weak really. Surely they can find some acquaintance, neighbor, colleague to print their document. Or they can write it out with pen and paper. Or you can buy them a printer from Argos for 25 quid.  You can work out a solution..
 

Are you sure that was the only thing the RFE said...no signature on the affidavits from friends. 

I just wanted to see if an e-sig was an acceptable option, a yes or no was really all I needed as I couldn't find anything in my search. Clearly it's a no. We're working on some solutions and asking other friends.

The only other thing the RFE said is that they want an affidavit written by me as well.

We also submitted our marriage certificate and a copy of our lease together. Unfortunately since I only ever planned on staying in the UK for a couple years, we never opened a joint bank account, so we wanted to letters for some additional support.

This is my first post after lurking for a couple months!  Hope I'm putting this in the right place/doing this right.

I'm in the process of petitioning for my British husband to move with me to America on an IR1 visa.  I currently live in London and have applied via DCF at the London office.  I just got an RFE for our i-130 because I (stupidly) didn't think to have my friends properly sign their affidavits for bona fide support our marriage. Am I able to use the same 3 friends again and just have them fix the date and sign their letters? And are they able to e-sign the documents? Some of them don't have printers, so that is their only option.  We need to scan the new ones to USCIS by Monday if we want them to process it in the London office before it closes on July 31st, so I don't have much time!
