Hey Byron...I was just thinking of you...yes,I'm at CSC.

Have you had any touches...I was just on the USCIS website and they have touched my case again today...yesterday too but I figured that was the call I made.

Things are heating up and I am so happy!!!

Does anyone know how many touches does USCIS record after a phone call? I got touched on the 19th cause I called CSC but I also got a touch today. Just wondering if I should get excited yet or is it a false alarm?

I got two touches after the RFE trick...one on the day of the call and the other 3 days later...others have had a similar experience. But after a call from my congressman I got approved without any additional touches...It feels great !!!

I see 7 approvals dated Sept 19 in VJ timelines for petitions with May NOA1's.

These are the timeline names (members' names may be different): Simone & Cory, Mei Chen & Kevin, Olga & John, Olena & Paul, NeNe & Joe, Yumi & Joe, and Liberty & Michael.

7 approvals in one day is hard to believe but I get the feeling there might be more. Is anyone missing?

Okay....I think that I'm bout ready to scream . Why are they doing this? How can they expect us to wait this long? I just got off the phone with USCIS and all they had to tell me was that they were currently working on February applications and they are within their processing time. Therefore, they have up to six months. Come on....just give me my approval already!! My man needs me.

I have made bout three phone calls, and never even got a touch. Guys....imagine how strong we will all become once this is all over. Okay...I've vented....I will be cool.

Seems like somebody want to skip the line here ( just kidding). If you want to not talk to the CSR, why not use the RFE trick. I'm sure someone here can help you with the number. The CSR gets paid to say that, they have no clue whats's going on at VSC/CSC. The way VSC has been acting recently, i would say you have another 2 to 3 weeks.

there are a lot of other May filers with earlier sent in dates and they haven't got any good news either, so cheer up.

Then again it's VSC, what the hell have they been doing up there?????????????? they sure ain't talking about labour day.

My cousin is a jeweler so I got a pretty good deal through him. I wasn't comfortable buying a diamond online when I had looked at many in person. The diamond buying process is strange in that sometimes you can look at a stone and just like it despite the 4 C's. I saw some stones that looked good on paper, but just didn't look good to my eyes.

You got lucky...now that's not fair..... I got a 2.2 carat Marquis that looks huge...in a setting with multiple other diamonds. Irina loved it...I am a happy customer...When she comes here she will want some earrings to match and a pendant...but she deserves it!!! She is so nice and patient through this unfair visa process...

Yes this is the week for us....CSC will come through with NOA2s for early May filers...I can feel it...just a premonition based upon the touches. haha thanks for the optimism. It seems quite contrary that we are seeing May filers get NAO2's recently, and then they tell us 6 months. You are probably right, it most likely won't take that long. Sayaka will be happy to hear that they have everything and they have our correct address!

I know what you're saying and how you're feeling. Sometimes I also lose the optimism but let's keep praying! I'm sure good news will come to us very soon!

I called CSC today and the lady I speak to gave me some interesting information. She informed me that I had 4 calls recorded, that I called too often and that this will delay our petition. Is this true? I am ambitious, I am determined to see this to the end, surely she is joking!

Also, she was not willing to give me an update as to the status of our petition. Sounds like they are trying to discourage calls.

Yes those ladies are mean, arrogant, and condescending !!! They tell you the stuff that sounds like a broken record but don't let you get a word in edgewise. The good thing is that they are not in California and cannot hurt your case. If you try the RFE trick it will get you through to the CSC. Don't worry about the 4 calls. They cannot hurt you. I let them have it and had almost given up before I tried the RFE trick and presto....the rest is history.

The only way to reach CSC is through the FRE trick...

Sooooooooooooo sorry I missed the past couple of weeks. I had carpal tunnel surgery and can't type or use a mouse so I wasn't able to check this topic. So glad to hear now that everyone's getting approved. That's just so great. We did it!

Small update on my end: have yet to get anything from NVC. Hmmm... Another waiting game, I guess.

Again, congrats to everybody. I'm soooo happy for everyone.

I get my cast off next week, and should be able to talk with everyone again then.

Welcome back...sorry to hear about your CTR. What cast? and why the restrictions on using a mouse? Did you have the percutaneous carpal tunnel release or the open? My patients don't get a cast and the fingers are left open for exercise...if you don't exercise they get stiff and swollen. Anyway, the worst is over...welcome back to the forum and the good news...

At least I found out that my case has not been assigned yet but will be soon....He said they get over 30,000 applications a month at CSC...maybe hard to believe but possible!

I called friday evening....there was no touch on saturday. But today, sunday, I found a touch dated August 31 !!! I know it was the phone call but that makes me feel GREAT !!!!!

Yes, this guy was sincere. I could sense his spirit from the beginning and our spirits matched perfectly. Yes that was some experience!!! I told him he made my day and choked up with emotion when we were done talking. Sometimes I think God changed his heart...he certainly sounded like an angel !!! God bless him.
