Hello I had a general question, my mother and I are both US citizens and looking to bring over my sister to the US with us. However she just turned 22 so she’s not the quickest filing. I was wondering which would process faster My mother filing for her as an unmarried child over 21 or Me filing for her as a sibling Yes Im aware of the processing tool on USCIS but I wanted to get some opinions here as well.
