Thank you! I filed everything through mail, but on my receipt it said IOE which I have been told means the electronic center. I did not see any changes until today, when it said my i130 had been approved on the 8th and my case had been sent to the Department of State on the 13th. 

My I130 got approved!!! I moved into a new house and had USCIS change my address and two days later my i130 was approved! It took a little less than 6 months to get approved. Filed March 20th and was approved September 8th! 

Sent my application mid March and they received it March 24th. 🤞🤞
