So my husband is Australian, We own land and a home together here in Missouri. Is he still allowed to come home,as at this time,he is in Australia.

I went to USCIS meeting alone,my husband was already back in Australia by then. That's why we're waiting on the National Visa Center

They don't speak Spanish at all. We haven't seen my wife their mother for a year now and who knows how long since the pandemic. So if I where you I would be happy that it's approved not denied. And pray that this new bill doesn't affect us. Since they trying to band new residents visas to enter the US. Hopefully your husband will be reinstated with you this year. I wish you the best.

Our case was approved,We receive our letter 02/05/2020..said nvc would have our file in 30 days,Nvc still doesn't have our file. Why Not?? Says priority date is 10/02/2018. My husband is in Australia,Im sick,and I need him home.
