  1. I guess When I called around to get my medical exams all Drs where busy for weeks bc apperently everyone got their request at the same time. This only makes me assume that the office is a mess and theyre just gettig around all the delayed cases... Again just an assumption. I got my EAD on April 2021, it already expired and have yet to renew it, was hopeful I would get my greencard soon so I wouldnt need it bc Im not working at the moment anyway. thank you, good luck in your process as well!!
  2. When I first filled my i485 I didn't include medical exams, because I knew by the time they would get to my case they wouldnt be valid anymore and I didn't want to have to pay for those medical expenses twice. So after my i130 got approved (end of feb 2022) I received a letter in the mail at the end of march requesting my medical examination to be sent to the address of my local uscis office here in Orlando. Thats the one thing that got me hopeful bc I know my case is now here where im supposed to have the interview. I sent my exams April 25th and havent heard anything else back
  3. Its been Oficially 26 months since I filed my AOS. Still wishing a hoping for an interview date soon. Anyone else on here has been waiting for this long?? (Im thinking the delay is in my local office Orlando. Since I did got a request to send my Medical Exams there two months ago)
  4. Hello! I was wondering if anyone else was in the same situation than me. I sent my adjustment of status to the Chicago Office on April of 2020, (im filling from Orlando, FL). Had my biometrics appointment Excatly a year ago (feb 2021) and received my social and work permit on april 2021. Since then I haven't heard anything else and technically the average wait time for this process is 13- to 20 months. (Its already been 22 months). Still no date for an interview... I was wondering if theres anybody else in a similiar situation? Thank you in advance
  5. Hi! Im also doing a change of status from F1, I submitted my I-130 in april 2020, still haven't heard back... I got my social and my work permint tho (im in florida)
