Hello Friends,

My partner and I are working on applying for a B-2 Visa so she can come for a few months to visit here. She is from Kenya, but is currently working in Qatar. Is it better to apply from Qatar now since she is there or does she need to wait to go back to Kenya to apply since her passport is from Kenya. Thanks for the help.

Hey Everyone, 

I am looking to see if there is any clear indication how things are being processed while we are going through this COVID-19 situation. Is there any exceptions being made to having to meet in person as one of the requirements due to flights being canceled? My trip is not until AUG, but I don't know how long all of this will take to clear up on either end. If I am unable to complete my trip is there any exception I could file or am I able to file something now as a pre-measure? Any advice helps. Thank you in advance .

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site but have heard wonderful things about it and the people here. I am currently in a situation that I am finding a lot of conflicting information. I was hoping for some advice. I want to submit a K1 Fiance visa for my partner. She is from Africa (Kenya) and very nervous about having her personal information shared with her government. From my research it is safe for me to file everything here. Her process of the interview and things should be through the US embassy correct? So this makes it a safe way for her to go through  the interview and things?? Anything helps. Thank you.
