They said it should be within 2 weeks to get passport back. He did ask when I hoped to travel and I said early September. We have our tickets so fingers crossed!!

Oh brill! Thanks for the quick reply! I’m looking at travelling the same time so fingers crossed! I did google and found lots of comments from people saying the had theirs back in between 3 and 5 days so looks good!
Yeah I think people have been getting them back much quicker than the 2 weeks, I think that's a worst case time line. We did things a bit backwards such as hand notice in, found a property, booked flights and shipping our four pups! So hopefully it will be back in time lol
