Over the past two weeks our case has continually been updated but there is still no approval!! We have only made one phone call during that time, so it cant be because of that! Does anyone have any similar experiences? I really don't know what to think...

I noticed that too, but not sure why. I have taken it to mean that they are processing our applications as of 15 March! But that might be just me thinking optimistically

Let's see if there will be any approval for us March filers this week... Let's cross our fingers folks.

YEP!!! Lets pray that more march filers are approved this week Lets keep positive!! Well until friday comes along anyway.....haha

Applications were touched last Sunday and yesterday (Saturday). Was anyone else touched Jun 16th??

I have heard about people referring to an RFE number that they have called and the people seem to be alot more helpful. Is this right? Does anyone have the number I can call cos USCIS number doesnt help me at all! I'm finishing deployment soon but she wont be allowed into the country because of this visa! Im getting desperate...

I am returning from a deployment in Iraq in July and I am not sure if my wifes visa will be complete by then. Being from Australia she can enter the US under the Visa Waiver Program. My question is does entering the US while she is pending for the K3 put us in jerpordy of something bad happening when she returns to Australia for the interview? To people who have been interviewed do they ask if you went to the states? Any info would be appreciated.
