My estimated completion date is postponed one month. From October to November '20 No interview scheduled.

Just checked January filers. On average more people are scheduled. I assume most February filers will be scheduled to August-September.

Does anybody know whether USCIS San Jose is open for interviews for citizenship?

My estimated Case Completion time is back too and shows Oct 2020 now instead of Nov 2020, so an earlier time. My case is 5years, based on EB1 green card in San Jose, California. I completed biometrics before the shutdown.
