    I know how you feeling... I am in REF still didn't received it yet... I don't know if you guys ever called USCIS CSC ... I has a lady ... mostly I coulndt understand her.. i guess she were from somewhere in asia!... wow what a professional job USCIS have... putting someone with bad english accent .. which you cant understand what the heck is thay are talking about!

    YEA DUDE, I see that what is going on ... :(

    guys guys, look at my time line..

    I received my no1 at 07/02/07 which is it transferd from nsc to csc, and thay received it at 06/25/07 .. right? Ok why they didnt send me REF by then?

    why now? after 4 F**** month? ####### guys! do the math something is not right in here... siging? are thay F**** dumb? why they telling me now? after that long preiod time? after all my congressman and senator pushing the fill in to pross asap, now they sending me a REF?

    You should read the Huskerkiev posts about the process at the service centres. It's an interesting read. Essentially they receive your petition, give it a cursory check, assign a case number and cash your check and then put it in a box on a shelf for 4 months. They then take it off the shelf and assign it to a case worker and it is then that the case is properly looked at and any RFE's are identified. Hope you get your RFE sorted out quickly. :thumbs:

Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence and/or information requested. This case will be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once you submit the information and/or evidence requested, you will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something further from you.     what whould be in the letter? what would they ask? what should I answer? the is the proper answer? ... act?

    BUT GUYS , LISTEN, MY CONGRESSMAN SECRETARY SHE IS FOLLOWING UP ON ME, THE OFFICER TOLLD HER WE ARE DOING ON JUN FILERS... BUT SHE IS MAD, SHE CALLS THEM A LAZY A$$ WE GOING TO DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THIS... BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY WITH 50000 LOTTERY GREEN CARDS A YEAR... AND WE ALL TAXPAYER CITIZEN HAVE BEIN LEFT BEHIND! THE FOREIGN ARE NOT IN FIRST PRIOTY... 50000 LOTTERY GREEN CARDS WHAT A BS IS THAT.???

    I called again today. This time all they told me is my case is still pending. So it went from an officer to pending. What a joke. I asked him when he thinks it might be adjudicated. He says "well we are working on petitions from April now." I told him that I know for a fact people from May and June are being adjudicated. He kinda stumbled over his words. "Well...well..." Yeah, well my a$$.

    yea I know they are a joke them selfs, make REF: trick see what happen after that... actually they are now prossing the june filers.. we all are on it... not April, April already done as will may. so CSC is on june filers..
