    Hi All Wanted to share my news with you all. Got the DOS favorable recommendation on Jan 4. Got the USCIS final letter on January 24. I am a Fulbright scholar, applied for the NOC in 2019, got rejected, and then applied for hardship. After 5 years of sleepless nights, hardship, and anxiousness, finally I can see the sunny rays. Almighty is great, please have patience. That is the only key to this waiting game.

    Consult a lawyer. There is nothing called a free lunch. Ask the lawyer one thing, which is more problematic, finishing the j1 while the waiver is still pending or getting the J1 waiver while the residency is not completed?

    Hi Everyone, I applied for the NOC and got a not-favorable recommendation. The DOS asked for the sponsor's view during my last application. Now I applied for the hardship waiver, will they ask for the sponsor's view again?

    Are you, SNR06 and a regular member is the same person who incessantly asking people to file lawsuit? Please file a lawsuit yourself and let us know.

    Do you think the DOS always asks for the sponsor's view if someone applying for the waiver had Fulbright or any government funding? Can someone verify this?
