I agree with @Paul & Mary. When you leave a child behind it has an impact on your wife. Trust me, there are so many that have tried it your way only to regret it. Like Paul said, get additional work and try and do your best to bring the child. I had two that came, one in college and the other in middle school. The MS child fit right in at school. He has so many friends and yes, he is acting just like a western teenager. Wanting to be independent but failing at times. Good luck and stay engaged.

My fiance does not live with her child currently he lives in the Philippines and she lives in Taiwan also I will not file i-130 if he does not want to come my fiance told me he wants to stay behind until he finishes school

You know that will be at least 6 to 9 months after getting married?  EADs and APs are no longer "fast".  She only as a year to bring her son as a K2 follow to join.

It would be much smarter cost and travel wise to do it together.   Get a part time job  or joint sponsor for the AOS.  The issue looks to be when they AOS.

You have to make enough to cover all immigrants you are sponsoring.   It isn't one at a time.  Until your wife has enough work credit or becomes a citizen she will be an immigrant that you are sponsoring.

Yes I'm familiar with the green card process but like I said her son doesn't want to come here until he is older so I'm not going to file for him if he does not want to come. AIT already received my petition and sent my fiance packet 3 so we are getting very close to the interview

Yes but I already sent that I 134 and all the supporting documents to Taiwan . Along with proof of relationship and all other corresponding documents my fiance is already working on her ds-160 a prepare for the interview

I make enough to sponsor one immigrant at a time but I do not make enough to sponsor her and her child so if we want to do that I would have to wait for her to get a job so she could be a co-sponsor but anyways her son wants to stay in the Philippines for now. In the future I plan on immigrating to the Philippines for retirement

    You are kinda close

    17,240 and 21,550 for 1 immigrant

    21,720 and 27,150 for 2 immigrants.

If the son is not traveling, then no documentation is needed at the interview. If you decide later that you want him to join, then you will have to schedule an interview for him along with the same documentation that your fiancé requires.

Just a heads up. It's hard to separate a mother from their children. Think this through. I brought my wife and her two children, and my wife reminds me each time the topic is talked about that she wouldn't have come if she had to leave her children behind. It was one of the best decisions I made. Our marriage survived because of that little jester.

I dont think I have enough money to sponsor both at the same time and her son told her he want to stay in his country so I will not force the child

Each K visa applicant must fill out a Form DS-160, pay K visa fee, and prepare required supporting documents, including medical report before booking a K visa appointment. Once the K1 applicant is ready for an appointment, he/she must make an appointment through http://www.ustraveldocs.com/tw/, a website maintained by our authorized partner, CGI Stanley. For additional information regarding the online appointment, please contact the call center via email, support-taiwan@ustraveldocs.com.

So will my Fiance need to get her sons birth certificate even if he doesn't come to America?

The only reason for a copy of the I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) at the interview is for you to study it to have more information about your fiancé. USEM is so relax that it is not really needed.

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of the conversation. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will better prepare you for your interview.
