Hi ,my wife just got the CR1 visa,I’m confused if she is able to flight through Paris ?

What I know is that the K-1 visa isn’t allowed just for The CR1 ,other thinks a lot of people go to tunisia and back to USA through Paris ,I think it is visa issue

It is based on the length of marriage at the time of POE.  If the visa is a CR-1 and it is your 2nd wedding anniversary or later, you should get a 10 year GC.  If not then submit an I-90 with the incorrect GC and USCIS will fix it for free (but it is a long wait).   Make sure the POE knows it is a marriage greater than 2 years.

Ok,the time of marriage is greater then 2 years for the date of getting the visa or the entry to USA?

Are you talking about the Green Card production fee?  If so, the soonest that can be paid is after a visa has been issued.

I’m talking about the fee of the interview at that day ,I already paid almost 400$ online and I’m waiting to pay for the green card

For cr1 visa ,if I paid the fee here online .did my wife will pay other fee the day of the interview?

we just got an email march 5th giving us our interview date for April 24 for our cr1 visa!

I received email in January,submit documents in 7 January,I called and I m informed  that missing documents of FE wich I didn’t understand only when I called the NVC after long time triying ,submit in the additional documents cases,my question is that I’m back in the queue after 2 months waiting or they consider the first submit and to day  are working for the case submit in 4 th January???
