No, I paid the fee. Still nothing on the 485.

I hope everyone is staying safe during these difficult times. I have a quick question for you, I submitted my VAWA application along with AOS, EAD/AP at the end of April 2020. I received a receipt notice for the I-360 but not any of the other forms. Should I be receiving separate receipts for them at a later date? I was not in removal proceedings prior to filing. Please let me know.

Hope all is well. Can @sandraj or anyone else advise if a J1 visa holder is subject to the two-year home residency requirement when filing AOS based on VAWA? Is the 2 year rule automatically waived or do I need a waiver before applying for AOS?

Before my husband and I separated, I submitted an I-601 waiver based on severe economic hardship to my child and husband who are US citizens with the intent of doing an AOS case  based on our marriage. We are now separated and I have filed my I-360, however I recently got an RFE for the I-601 waiver asking for my husband's financial records, and more proof to substantiate the hardship claims. Since I no longer have any access to his information and he would not be a part of the I-601 moving forward, how do I respond to the RFE? Should I abandon it altogether or will I still need a waiver with VAWA? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
