No, it's the approval letter.
Ok, thank you! Hopefully you will receive your case number soon.

No I didn't get any emails and I still haven't even gotten one with the approval. The noa2 is under the documents tab on the uscis website.
Thank you. Does your Noa2 mean the Case number?

January 13, 2020 noa1 (filed online)
February 8, 2020 case was "touched"
December 21, 2020 case under "active review"
December 22, 2020 noa2
Finally!!! Hang in there guys! Hopefully it won't be long now for the rest of you!
Congrats on your approval!! Mine is pretty similar to your timeline. Did you receive email from USCIS too?

Hello, we filed I-130 in January 15 and they touched our application only ONCE so far (February 11). We have been waiting for 11 months... So frustrating! The Case History of USCIS site shows "Invalid Date Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed". Does anyone have the same issue?

I am very disappointed seeing my case has not been touched since Feb of 2020. I am not sure why they haven't checked it yet. I submitted the file in January and its at Potomac.
Same here, I submitted the application in January but they touched our file only once in February and it's still at Potomac. It is very frustrating!! I want USCIS to control all petitions consistently and transfer them to other service centers according to the application date.

Did anyone else from Potomac notice the processing timed going backwards again for US Citizensand forward for permanent residents? Is this a glitch like the last time?
Hi, I got Potomac too. I do hope it is a glitch! However other service centers than Potomac, such as Texas and Nebraska, seem normal(even faster!). What a nightmare!

I agree. I also don't understand why USCIS don't monitor the progress and divide all applications for other centers evenly depending on their workload... It is obvious for everyone that Potomac is unusually slow at their work.
