I was posting on my mothers behalf at that time. Mom got her citizenship June of 2020. Not married but live with my partner. Filed in California. We are in Canada.

NVC just emailed saying there ready for payment. When my parents got their PR they applied for me I'm (30 years old - son unmarried category) now parents are citizens. Should I ask to stay in this category or should I change to family member of citizens? Also now I have two kids 2 and 4 with a partner (unmarried). Parents paid the AOS fee and now the applicant fee, I think this is the time I should also include my two children and spouse correct? It also asks if spouse coming later, what does that really mean? Thanks;
