Here is my current situation.
1. Male divorced with two kids borne in the US 5 and 6
2. Finished 2 years under F1 - Building Engineering
3. I was under OPT for two year my extension request just got denied.
I am told that I will have 60 days to leave the us from the date of the notification.
Is there a visa I could change for to extend for a few months in order to get my affairs set.
It is August, I can consider to register and continue my studies but all universities already started and I can sign up for spring. So if this is the case what option do I have? Do i have to leave and come back in May?
Any help is appreciated.
